A Home We Live Together

It Can't Loss

You, Me And Them...

Think About It.

Background picture from nationalgeopgrahic.com photo of the day. Photographed by James L. Stanfield. Photo taken at Long Island, Bahama Islands, in 1986. Photo story: A flock of black-necked stilts glides over the waters surrounding Long Island in the Bahamas. Considered to be the third island that Columbus charted during his first voyage to the New World in 1492, he named it La Fernandina, perhaps after his illegitimate 4-year-old son or after the Spanish monarch who helped finance his voyage."

Update:

1) Being freelance photographer lately.

2) Went to several gallaries in Chelsea, Manhattan with many friends.

3) Lots and lots of walking with friends! If you want to know; at least half of Manhattan on the same day. LOL

4) Dinning out in Red Lobseters with friends, although I don't eat sea food. I had Aztec chicken which filled my stomach with appealing taste.

5) Dinning out with friends in an Idian restuarant in Lower East East. Food tasted excellent, but came in very small quantity and huge amount of money.

6) Saw "La Vie En Rose" in Paris Theatre last night with friends.

7) Visiting my friends at the New York Aquarium tomorrow,

8) Again with friends, going for a French pinic in Central Park this coming Sunday.

P.S. I recommand everyone to watch "La Vie En Rose." It is an excellent movie.

It is summer! :) I found this poem on the Barnes and Noble ad. while taking the Uptown 1 train and fell in love with it. So I copied it down, and if there is any mistake, please forgive me because I can barely read what I wrote... Hope you will like it too.

Wilderness by Lorine Niedecker (From a book named "Poetry in Motion.")

You are the man
You are my other country
and I find it hard going

You are the prickly pear
You are the sudden violent storm

the torrent to raise the river
to float the wounded doe

Hope everyone will have a wonderful summer!

P.S. Save energy this summer and make our world greener and healthier!

A love poem Denise wrote in her diary. (A character in "As Days and Months Go By." written by myself.)

A Desperate Love

A twisted feeling of love and hate;

I love him not nor hate him not.

Yet the imgages of his gorgeous face,

And the echoes of his soft but manly voice

Hindering my mind and poisoning my soul.

Nothing more but he...

His eyes are like those moonstones,

Hypnotising me into the realm of mystery,

Or rather the realm of misery?

A figure of shadow that disapears in my grasp.

I'm desperate, desperate for his love.

Desperate to run away,

Despearate to be embraced

And desperate to fade away.

Full of anger, and full of love.

Please give me some suggestions on this poem. I am not quite happy with the desperate part at the ending. The reason why I put the two oppoisite desire in the "I love him, i don't love, I love him, I don't love him" order is to emphasis on Denise's confused feeling for Patrick.

This is going to be a very long update, I shall warn you! It has been long and therefore I have lost certain parts of my memories for the "sake" of saving space. I might have mentioned this before, but forgive me for repeating it again. I am horrible at memorising things since my last year of high school due to the stress and lack of sleep.

A few weeks ago as most of you might known, I found myself riddiculously fell for someone for no reasons. It was kind of horrible, since it was impossible for any chemitry to occur. I gave up anyway because I, myself rejected my own feeling. I hated it! Je le d彋este! I some scared of settling down because I am scared of things that will tie my legs. I want to move to new places from time to time. I don't like the idea of stay at one and live there forever. It is okay to go back once in a while, like the migratory birds. That is why I want a job that will allowed me to move from time to time.

I was sank into a bottomless hole, within that very same week, something else has happened as well. Here I will scape it before I depress everyone here. All I can tell you is that I was badly defeated. There was nothing that could possibly worse than that week! Toturing every single inch of me as if thousands of needles penetrating into my bloodstream and prike me to death yet kept me alive, so for a second round. Luckily, I remained alive and recovering...

As time moves on, I joined the Frenchfrancophone club in my college. It was a great one, and I met some nice people there. Everyone talked in French there, and it was kind of embarrasing for me since my French was no better than anyone there. But for a level two, I think I am prograssing enormously because I have been working very hard on it. I have added a great deal of efforts into studying this beautiful language. Most of the people in my class have studied French longer than I did and many known Spanish, Hatian or French as their native languages. And for me, I have only studied French for nine months and catching them up... I will not give up, I will keep studying until I master French, and speak it like a francophone! :D But in the Frenchfrancophone club, there are many people who speak nicely, and I admire them!

In my Biology lab, things are getting better and interesting. We examined the metabolisms (respiration) of a gold fish. We have also disected a fetal pig. It was that bad; I have learnt a lot from it. The pig smelled bad, full of chemicals that preserve the body. It kind of ruined my morning because the whole morning was involved with pig disection! (My Bio Lab starts at 8am! And I live 2 hours and 30 minutes away!) Ronica, I and another girl were partners. We named the pigglet Henry. (Well, I called him Henry IV from Shakespeare's literature.) I had to force to open the pig's mouth but pulling the upper and lower jaws apart. I had to cut the belly up with caution since I don't want to cut into the intestines which we have to examine later on. We "played" around with the internal organs and to identify them. I hate some of the people misthreating their pigs, I think it was kind of rude! We also disected poor Henry's penis! We cut the skin up, because the penis supposed to be inside the skin. (It is different from humans! So I can't refer that skin as foreskin.) But we didn't find any... Ronica claimed that Henry's ... is small... LoL And then we came up with the joke "Size Matters Or Not!" Well, it was kind of ironic because people say that for sex organs, size matters not. But size does matter in biology, because it has something to do with surface areas. I hope you get what I am talking about, if not nevermind.

Again, I was asked by my friends to get into school plays. I didn't want to since I am taking too many classes this semester. But at the end, I was forced to sign up for an audition name "One Act." I read a monologue by Oliver, from Shakepeare's "As You Like It." I was asked to go for call back on the same day at 5pm. But I got another audition at 5pm, so I told the directors that I wont be able to make it. Well, the other audition was a voccal one. It was for CCNY idol. They ended up taping the auditions! I didn't enjoy that much. So, on Sunday morning at 2am, I got a call from one of the directors; telling me to go for rehersal at 10am. I was suprised because it was late, and they didn't ask me to go for call back. And the director told me to memorize everything by the coming Thursday! (Only four days left!) So I refused...

Last Wednesday, it was a friend of mine's birthday. He was turning 21, as he told us in French class. So some of us went to a small pub or small restaurant to celebrate his birthday. I went there too later on, because I had something to do in school. As I entered the pub, I only found four people there. They are all my good friends. As I sat down, they poured me white win. Well, everybody knows that I wasn't supposed to drink it but well, for fun, and it is only white wine. As I drunk it, I only found myself getting headache, then a little bit like flying in air! Oh boy, I was tipsy! I drunk with empty stomach!!! Everybody got excited after I told them I had no food in stomach. I ate a few chips there because I wanted to save my stomach for my Japanese food at home. :P So we talked and talked and talked, and I got kind of hyperactive. ;) I was talking loudly! ^^" We had lots of fun! I felt so good! As we left the restaurant, I was still talking loudly (My mind was clear, everything was okay, except I was talking loudly due to my hyperness.) and I was unaware of a police passed by me... LOL!~ We promised to do it more often after my birthday! But of course with food in my stomach the next time!

On my way home, I met a guy. He came sat next to me on the subway. He talked to me, and I was willing to talk to him. The wine was definitely making some effects in me!!! I was sure of it! Lol. Don't worry, nothing happened! I wont lost control that easily! No worries! We talked, and I found out that he knows how to speak Spanish, French and some Mandarin! That was awesome! He was knowledgeable and interesting. He left after a few stops and I went back to my study. (A speech on the next day, I was doing last minute work.) But I wondered if he has noticed alcohol from my breath. I don't think white wine is that noticeable, right? Well whatever.

I did my speech poorly the next day! But I had a very good French Oral exam! Oh forogt to tell you, I was speaking French with my friennds that night after getting a little tipsy!

Friday was a sunny day, full of sunshine and laughter! What a nice to end the last day of school! Right now, I am in Spring break. It is twelve days long! TWELVE DAYS LONG! And I blessed with this newly installed high speed internet in my house! I have lost my internet connection for almost a month now!!! That Friday, we had so much fun! Khati, Linda, Elizabeth, Mina, me and many others were "sunbathing" on the school campus. We went to Elizabeth's house in Bronx later on. In Bronx on a bus, a 11 years old boy was videoing Khati's picture on his phone. His mother was probably sitting behind him, yet no words was heard from her. It was weird and annoying. Elizabeth's house was cool. Linda was "harrasing" the birds as we teased her. The birds was screaming at Linda, and showing some weird behaviors. Liza was like "Linda, stop telling my birds to..." LOL.

Alright, I shall make an end here. I think I am losing my patience here at the end. I will make a better entry next time. Alright guys. Later! :)
